Pick your recipe and delivery frequency, and we ship fresh, cold-pressed food to your door on schedule. You save 10% on every order and get free shipping, plus a custom feeding guide with your first delivery.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Anytime. Swap recipes, adjust how often you get deliveries, skip a month, or cancel outright — all from your account, with no fees or lock-in.
How often will my dog food arrive?
That's up to you. We'll suggest a frequency based on your dog's size and portion, so a delivery lands right around when the last box runs low. You can speed it up or slow it down whenever you like.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across the contiguous United States, the lower 48. We are not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
Orders over $30 ship free. We aim to fulfil orders the next business day, and delivery takes 2 to 7 business days after that, arriving faster the closer you are to our warehouse in Illinois. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business day. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Can I switch my dog after a lifetime of kibble?
Yes. Dogs who've been on kibble for years sometimes need a little extra time, so a slower 10 to 14 day switch and a splash of warm water in the first week can help. A bit of extra gas or softer stools during the adjustment is normal and usually settles.
